AMF Hubmatik - accessible vehiclesAMF-BRUNS was founded in 1958 by Gustav Bruns in Apen, Germany. Originally producing agricultural machinery, AMF-BRUNS soon evolved into a problem solver in other fields of the engineering industry. Today the core business is conveyor systems and accessibility equipment. AMF-BRUNS employs over 250 people over 3 sites in Apen, Friesoythe and Manchester, England. This number is supplemented by various sub-contractors in Northern Germany. Since 1993 all products have been designed and manufactured using the latest CAD systems. All manufacturing is carried out using the latest state of the art equipment including computer controlled robots, plasma cutting machines etc. In 1998 a modern surface centre was built and in early 2006 a new vehicle conversion facility was added. AMF-BRUNS has been a market leader in the accessibility market for over 40 years.
